Good Shepherd’s pool is a Jacksonville legend. Over 100 years old, nestled beneath soaring gothic windows, its mission from the very beginning has been to nurture and teach children and families how to swim—and it has no intention of slowing down.

With five indoor lanes and a constant temperature of 84–86 degrees, it has remained one of Jacksonville’s hidden gems to hone aquatic skills for the last century.
